Peru Singles Tour

We are offering two simultaneous versions of our Peru Incan Explorer. Itinerary #1 includes a 3 day hike of the Lares Trail with 2 nights of camping. Itinerary #2 includes a scenic train ride and hotel stays in place of the camping, as well as other day hikes and tours. Both are unique but offer different experiences... choose the best option based on your travel preferences.

Trip overview: This multi-sport trip to Peru offers a wide range of different adventure activities as well as cultural tours and archeology of the Inca Empire. It includes visits to Lima, Cusco, and Machu Picchu, as well as famous locations in the famous Sacred Valley of the Incas. Among other activities- You will have a chance to interact with locals, try local cuisine, explore ancient ruins, learn the history of this unique area, hike, pursue outdoor activities, see glaciers, jungles and other fantastic scenery in the Andes mountains, sample the fun nightlife, visit local markets, and a llama farm. This is a fully guided tour and our guides will take you to the famous sites of Peru as well as off the beaten path destinations.

If you choose to take the train up to Machu Picchu instead of the camping, we will visit famous markets like the Pisac Indian Market, explore ancient salt mines, and enjoy spectacular mountain vistas of the Andes during day hikes and tours. We will enjoy the hot springs at Aguas Calientes, and of course tour the world famous site of Machu Picchu- all the while experiencing the unique Andean culture that distinguishes this part of the world.

With both options, we will have opportunities to partake in adventure activities such as white water rafting, hiking, or mountain biking as the region offers ample outdoor sport options. In short we will get a real taste of Peru covering both its physical beauty and cultural highlights.
